3 month training plan
As a new mom myself, I understand that time is rarely your own. If that statement rings true for you, this plan might be a good fit. After assessing your goals, I form a flexible 3 month plan. This plan is low partner-accountability, with the option to contact me twice a month throughout the three months.
month by month training
If you know you need an accountability partner, this route may be for you! Training plans will be given each week, based on your progress. There is unlimited texts/calls and as much support as I can provide.
‘In it for the long haul’
month by month training package
This is the same as ‘the partner’ but at a discount because you are buying 6 months minimum. In terms of money, this is the best bang for you buck; but in terms of running - this is the best bang for your athletic goals! Running takes patience and time. You won’t achieve your goals overnight, but with time, hard work, and a lot of dedication you will look back in awe of how far you’ve come!
